Fiber Optic Pigtail is a fiber connector to connect fiber and adaptor like a half of fiber optic jumper cable ,with one fiber connector assembled.It includes one connector and a fiber cable.Also, it is used in connecting transmission equipments and ODF.
Fiber pigtail is only one end active,while two ends of patch cord are active.There are many kinds of connectors which needs corresponding adaptor.The patch cord can be divided into two parts and used as pigtail.
